It is lovely hip new venue, it offers very clean pool and the location is beautiful close to everything at Lamai. The employees are efficient and affable.

We absolutely loved our stay at this 4-star hotel in Koh Samui. The location was perfect, right in the center of town on a beautiful clean beach. The staff were warm and welcoming, always smiling and ready to assist us with anything we needed. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we could ask for, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. The swimming pool was stunning, with a jacuzzi and beach access. We enjoyed relaxing on the sun loungers and taking in the breathtaking views. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, where we indulged in rejuvenating massages and beauty treatments. this place exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to come back.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel with a great location near the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted me with a smile. The room was spacious and regularly cleaned, with a balcony that offered a nice view. The pool was absolutely beautiful and a highlight of my stay. The free sunbeds on the beach were a nice touch. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel has it all! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and amazing facilities. I loved walking through the scented avenue of trees towards the beach. The pool area was great, but the beach was even better - right on my doorstep! Plus, the hotel's location in the center of the city was super convenient for exploring all the great restaurants and bars.

Nice 3 parts pool on the beachside (swimming, spa, pool overflow). The luxury Delux Suite are very nice. This resort is really well located on Lamai Beach, and the beach is very nice.

This resort is not the best value in Lamai Beach. Book by internet, room rate is lower - despite the desk manager won't accept to bargain price with you. Globally, te ressort becomes old and it is not so well maintain : some rooms are decayed (electric or water problems). The pools are not cleaned frequently, especially the 20m swimming pool on the right side who seems never cleaner !! To concluse, room rate and quality services are not the best you could find on Lamai Beach.

My recent stay at a resort in Lamai Beach was absolutely perfect. The bar staff was incredibly attentive, always making sure I didn't misplace anything and providing excellent service. The rooms were impeccably clean, and no matter which room I stayed in, they were all comfortable and well-maintained. The location of the resort, right by the beach, was ideal for both families and couples. The pool was fantastic, and the massage area was a delightful addition to my stay. Waking up to friendly smiles from the staff made me feel welcome and relaxed.

The only minor issue I encountered was the amount of rubbish washing up on the beach. While the resort maintained their own beach area, it would have been nice to see the surrounding beach cleaned more frequently to avoid any further rubbish collecting.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with tasteful and uncluttered decor. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options including filled rolls, fresh fruit, and delicious pastries. The location was perfect, as it was close to the city center and the harbor. The staff, particularly Nino, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing helpful tips and even packing us lunch for our day trips.
